Welcome to AURI. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AURI website, online store, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Throughout these Terms, “AURI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to AURI. Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.

By accessing our website, using our Services, or placing an order with AURI, you agree to these Terms and our applicable store policies. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

By using our Services, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into transactions in your jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account, including your name, email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account information and for activity conducted through your account.

2. Products and Availability

AURI makes reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizing, materials, pricing, and other product information.

Actual colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the device used to view our website.

Products may be offered in limited quantities and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, modify product descriptions, or update product offerings without prior notice.

3. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from AURI. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.

AURI reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, inaccurate information, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized resale.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, any amount due back to you will be refunded to the applicable original payment method.

Please review all order information carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order enters fulfillment, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout when required.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

AURI reserves the right to correct pricing, inventory, or other errors and to cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are subject to the AURI Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect shipping information, and other circumstances outside AURI’s reasonable control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the AURI Return & Refund Policy.

Merchandise must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated in that policy before a return or exchange will be approved.

AURI reserves the right to decline merchandise that does not satisfy the published return requirements, including merchandise that has been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise returned in a condition that prevents resale, subject to applicable law.

Approved refunds will be processed according to the Return & Refund Policy.

7. Fraud and Unauthorized Transactions

AURI reserves the right to review orders for indicators of fraud or unauthorized activity.

We may delay, hold, request additional information regarding, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to verify a transaction or protect AURI and its customers from suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

Providing false, misleading, or unauthorized payment, account, billing, or shipping information is prohibited.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law or through their financial institution.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the AURI name, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, product imagery, written content, slogans, branding, website content, and other original materials displayed through the Services are owned by or licensed to AURI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

AURI content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative works without prior written authorization from AURI, except where otherwise permitted by law.

Nothing contained on our website grants any license or right to use AURI intellectual property without our prior authorization.

9. Acceptable Use

You may use the AURI website and Services only for lawful purposes.

You may not use the Services to engage in fraud, interfere with website security or operation, transmit malicious software, impersonate another person, provide intentionally false information, violate intellectual property rights, collect information unlawfully, or engage in conduct prohibited by applicable law.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary in response to prohibited activity.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to the applicable third party’s terms and policies.

AURI is not responsible for third-party websites or services that are outside our control.

11. Shopify

The AURI online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the technology and e-commerce infrastructure that enables AURI to operate the online store. Purchases made from AURI are transactions between the customer and AURI, not between the customer and Shopify.

Your use of certain Shopify-powered functionality may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

12. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with the AURI Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Because our store is powered by Shopify, certain information may also be processed by Shopify and other service providers necessary to operate our store, process transactions, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide related Services.

13. Errors and Inaccuracies

From time to time, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping information, or other content.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and, when reasonably necessary, cancel affected orders, subject to applicable law.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

AURI does not guarantee that the website or Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, guarantees, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AURI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services or products purchased through the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the state in which AURI is headquartered, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

18. Changes to These Terms

AURI may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, policies, or applicable requirements.

The current version will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
